Our Garden Kitchen offers a modern reimagining of traditional Scottish fare, crafted with ingredients from our grounds and local producers. Enjoy house-baked sourdough, garden-fresh produce, and thoughtfully sourced proteins in a relaxed setting that connects you to both place and plate.

Moine is the creative vision of Chef Iain Nicholson, bringing fine dining excellence to Boath House. Currently available exclusively for hotel guests and private events, this refined culinary experience showcases Scottish ingredients through sophisticated technique and artistic presentation. The full Moine experience will launch during the summer season, offering a complete expression of Chef Nicholson's Highland-inspired gastronomy and commitment to seasonal, local produce.

Dunbar’s (Coming Soon)

Honoring the legacy of Captain James Dunbar, whose family held this land since the mid-16th century, Dunbar's will offer a sophisticated drinking experience that bridges heritage and innovation. Launching in the summer season, this intimate space will celebrate Scotland's finest spirits through whisky tasting experiences, seasonal cocktail menus, and curated wine selections that will complement the creative expression of the entire Boath House estate.
